Requerimientos Estudiante con Seguro Facultativo por 1 año en Administracion, Ingenieria industrial, Ingeniería en Gestión empresarial, psicología o afines. * CROWN Americas LLC is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR department in various functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to key HR initiatives. Job

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
• Support HR Generalists with employee relations activities, such as data gathering, documentation, and scheduling meetings.
• Maintain and update HR information systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with benefits administration tasks, including answering employee inquiries and processing enrollment changes.
• Conduct research and compile data for HR projects and reports, including compensation analysis, training initiatives, and policy development.
• Participate in the organization and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
• Perform general administrative duties for the HR department, such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
• Support compliance efforts by assisting with audits and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Job

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
