Key Responsibilities
1. Install and maintain test equipment. Handle ICT (In-Circuit Test) and FCT (Functional Circuit Test) programming and testing anomalies on the production line, and analyze downtime reports. 3. Perform acceptance and maintenance of test fixtures, and develop and implement test optimization plans. 4. Coordinate with product engineers and quality engineers on new project introduction. 5. Train technicians and arrange their daily work. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. Competency Requirements 1. College diploma (associate degree) or above; fresh graduates majoring in electronics engineering, electrical engineering, automation, communication engineering, computer science and technology, measurement & control technology and instrumentation, or other related science and engineering disciplines. 2. Solid knowledge of basic subjects such as circuit principles, analog electronics, digital electronics, and signals and systems; able to read circuit schematics, PCB layout and BOM lists. 3. Proficient in using common test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators and power supplies. Familiarity with ICT/flying-probe testing and basic FCT fixture operations is a plus. 4. Able to use Excel for test data analysis and report generation. Familiarity with tools such as Minitab and LabVIEW is a plus. 5. Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills. 6. Strong learning ability, willing to accept training on new products and new testing technologies, and able to quickly adapt to job requirements. 7. Strong problem analysis and solving skills; able to remain calm and report anomalies promptly when they occur during testing. 8. Candidates with internship experience in electronics OEM/ODM plants or electronics companies in testing, process or equipment roles, and those familiar with SMT and PCBA processes, or testing processes for consumer electronics, communication equipment or automotive electronics, are preferred. 9. Candidates who have participated in electronics design competitions or campus testing projects, or have independently completed test plans and test reports, are preferred. 10. Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and/or English is preferred.
