Job Description
As a Collections Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the collections process to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable. You will engage with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate payment plans, and maintain positive customer relationships while minimizing bad debt. You will report directly to our Collections Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company’s cash flow and financial health by effectively managing receivables and supporting the collections team in achieving their targets. Responsibilities As a Collections Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the collections process to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
• 1 to 3 years of experience in collections, credit, or accounts receivable management.
• Proficient in both English and French
• Strong knowledge of collections processes and customer account management.
• Familiarity with financial systems and collections software.
• Ability to analyze customer payment trends and resolve payment issues effectively. WE VALUE
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
