Responsibilities

• Ability to coordinate teams and prioritize daily warehouse operations.

• Strong communication skills with internal teams, customer service, production, planning, and logistics.
• Analytical mindset to monitor KPIs, inventory accuracy, service levels, and operational performance.
• Ability to influence others and drive compliance with procedures, 6S, Lean, EHS, and quality standards.
• Customer service orientation and business sense. Qualifications Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, materials, inventory control, shipping, or supply chain roles.
• Previous experience coordinating warehouse teams, daily priorities, and operational activities.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, invoicing, and shipping processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; JDE experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices, including FIFO/FEFO and physical inventory processes.
• Familiarity with Lean, 6S, Kaizen, EHS, and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of C-TPAT/OEA requirements and export shipping processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using handheld scanners, label printers, or warehouse technology.
• Intermediate to advanced English preferred.
