We are looking for a professional with a law degree with experience in Environmental or Real Estate for our office in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have the following: A qualified lawyer with excellent academic credentials. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in environmental or real estate as a licensed attorney or with finished degree in process of getting the title. Excellent English communication skills (fluency in reading, writing, speaking). Interest in gaining experience over both areas. Strong client service orientation
- a "client first" mentality. Ability to develop strong relationships with clients. Good communication skills and ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders or clients. Maturity, gravitas, and emotional intelligence. Ability to work well in both a team and individually. High sense of urgency. Respects and enjoys the diversity of backgrounds found in the firm and amongst our client base.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of real estate agreements, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, easements, and related documents. Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions, including title review, zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance matters. Support environmental compliance and permitting processes, including permits, licenses, and filings with federal, state, and local authorities. Analyze and research environmental regulations applicable to real estate developments, industrial operations, and infrastructure projects. Collaborate in M&A and real estate transactions by reviewing asset-related documentation and identifying legal and environmental risks. Prepare legal memoranda, reports, and correspondence related to real estate, environmental, civil, and commercial matters. Assist senior attorneys in client advisory work, negotiations, and transaction closings, including coordination with notaries, authorities, and third parties.
