Mission of the Role: Lead and coordinate the successful Engineering Change on programs, components, or manufacturing processes by ensuring quality systems. The Manufacturing Engineer bridges the gap between product development and full-scale production, ensuring high-quality engineering change in alignment with customer and organizational standards. Key Objectives of this Role:
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as work instructions, operation sheets, process flow , PFMEA.
- Planning and execute Engineering changes using tools like APQP and PPAP.
- Coordinate the installation and start-up of machinery, tooling and production equipment.
- Provide Technical Support to production to resolve process issues and avoid downtime.
- Collaborate with quality, MP&L, and Process engineer departments.
- Ensure compliance with automative standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and customer
- specific requirements (CSRs) Key Performance Indicators: *Set KPIs that will be used to evaluate the performance of the individual in the role, including metrics related to team performance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Skills:
2–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role, preferably in the automotive sector. Hands-on experience with:
- Production line setup and optimization
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- New product or process introductions (NPI/NPD)
- Root cause analysis and corrective actions (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys)
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with automotive standards and customer requirements (e.g., Ford, GM, VW, Toyota Production System).. Key Behaviors:
