Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / Operations team member to coordinate software development, research, testing, and product-related activities, while also supporting day-to-day administrative operations for the team.
The role will help organize priorities, maintain clear processes, and ensure that work moves efficiently across technical and non-technical teams – combining hands-on project management with light administrative support.
35-40 hrs/week

- Coordinate project priorities and sprint planning.
- Manage project backlogs, tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Translate business and product requirements into clear technical tasks and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate work across engineering, research, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Track milestones, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate testing, releases, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain project and process documentation.
- Track bugs, open questions, and key technical or product decisions.
- Support communication between technical and non-technical team members.
- Help establish and improve internal development and project-management processes. **Administrative Support*

- Manage email correspondence and support ongoing communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of internal processes and day-to-day team logistics. Preferred Skills
- Technical project management or product operations
- Agile and Scrum development processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Miro, Linear, or similar platforms
- Writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Software QA and release processes
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of software development, APIs, databases, cloud systems, and AI-enabled applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable managing email and scheduling logistics.
