Rockwater are looking for a highly organised, diligent, and proactive Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support day-to-day operations and help keep the office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident in managing a wide range of administrative, organisational, and communication tasks.
The successful candidate will also have an interest in technology and be comfortable using digital tools, supporting office systems, and managing social media activity. They should be fluent in English, professional in their communication, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal and administrative support to senior staff
Oversee the smooth running of the office and daily operations
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence, calls, emails, and general office communication
Maintain organised records, documents, and filing systems
Assist with office coordination, supplies, and vendor management
Support basic technology-related tasks and be confident using office software and digital platforms
Manage and update the company’s social media channels
Help create, schedule, and monitor social media content
Run errands and support with ad hoc personal or office-related tasks
Ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time Requirements
Previous experience in a PA, Office Manager, or similar administrative role
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Diligent, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Strong written and spoken English
Interest in technology and confidence using digital tools and systems
Experience managing or supporting social media
Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently
Full driver’s licence required Desirable Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude
