Human Resources Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced English (Required) Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry Experience working in multi-site manufacturing environment Experience coordinating with third-party HR service providers Experience guiding managers through corrective action, progressive discipline, and performance management in compliance with the LFT Experience owning new hire onboarding, organizing training programs, and ensuring DC-3 compliance certificate issuance Proficiency in tracking and reporting site HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and employee relations activity Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT
