Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- CI and Lean tools: including scheduling and launching rules.
Know how to select and use the right tool.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare operational budgets and forecasting for department and all Supply Chain activities.
Analyze financial records to improve efficiency.
* Operations: Production, Processing knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
* Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
* Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Subordinates: Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
* Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
* Complex Problem Solving — Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
* Initiative: Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
* Problem Sensitivity: The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
* Legal: Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
* To maintain and enhance safety consciousness and awareness in the workplace by respecting EHS rules (ISO **, ISO *, OHSAS *)
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
- Fluent english* Minimum 5 years experienced in Production functions and manufacturing management* Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Kaizen
