Scalepex is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team and build pipelines for U.S.-based agents.
You will manage full-cycle recruitment, craft creative sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong English skills, and hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS/CRM systems.
This role offers a full-time, on-site/nearshore working setup and competitive compensation.
