Gtm Ops Manager: Process, Data Quality

IDC is seeking a GTMOperations Manager to strengthen day-to-day execution, process discipline, and change management across the Commercial organization.
This hands-on role ensures new processes, tools, and initiatives take hold, with focus on data quality and timely issue resolution.
You will monitor CRM compliance, coach front-line teams, and support reporting for transformation initiatives, partnering with Revenue Operations, IT, and other functions to keep systems aligned.
