Engineer, Systems Reliability Engineering (Supply Planning / o9)Now Hiring | Engineer II, Systems Reliability Engineering (o9 Supply Planning)We're looking for a technology professional with a passion for solving business-critical challenges in supply chain planning environments.
As part of our global support organization, you'll help ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our o9 Supply Planning ecosystem and related enterprise applications.
In this role, you will:Lead production support activities for o9 supply planning processesTroubleshoot planning exceptions, integrations, reporting, and data-related issuesDrive incident management and root cause analysis effortsPartner with Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, and Platform teams globallyIdentify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities, including automated triage, workflow automation, and anomaly detectionQualifications:8+ years supporting enterprise applications, supply chain systems, or production operations3+ years of hands-on experience with o9Strong understanding of Supply Planning, Master Data, and end-to-end planning processesExperience with SQL, Python, reporting tools, integrations, and ITSM processesPassion for continuous improvement and operational excellenceIf you're excited about combining technology, supply chain innovation, and AI-enabled support, we'd love to hear from you.
