Responsibilities

Experienced Production Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to lead production teams, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Skilled in production planning, capacity analysis, root cause investigation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Experienced in managing cross-functional projects, supporting new product introductions (NPI), and driving Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
