- Providing an exceptional guest service experience to all guests
- Serve & run food and beverage to the clients tables and area
- You are responsible to provide food and beverage service according to Nikki Beach brand standards, guidelines, and procedures
- Service is to be presented in a fun, friendly and professional manner
- Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience
- Providing a warm welcome and a gracious farewell
- Follow all opening, daily and closing duties
- Able to provide all food & beverage mise-en-place duties
- Anticipating guests' needs and responding urgently and appropriately to guests concerns and requests
- Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
- Set up a restaurant according to the daily layout and restaurant standards defined by the brand
- Completing assigned duties prior to service
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders and artfully describing menu items
- Checking and clearing waiters’ stations during and after service
- If required, assist in bringing food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handling all guest complaints in a professional manner and contacting your manager when necessary
- Clear operating equipment to designated wash-up and storage areas
- Clear and reset tables according to service operating procedures and standards
- Report any damages or losses to the manager
- Follow closing cash out procedures
- Maintaining a good teamwork relationship with colleagues
- Arriving to work punctually, wearing a clean and correct uniform and maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
- Must attend and participate in staff training and daily lineup meetings
- Follow and enforce all the SOP’s and mandates as they have been trained and instructed.
