Descripción

Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone.
Resolve issues related to treasury, payments, cash management, cards, and banking products.
Review, track, and document client requests accurately in internal systems.
Coordinate with Operations, Product, Technology, and other teams to resolve cases.
Escalate complex issues and provide timely updates to clients.
Deliver a high-quality client experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
Support LATAM corporate clients.

Perfil buscado

1-2 years of banking, financial services, operations, or client-service experience; strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
Fluent English
Experience handling operational activities in a structured business setting.
Ability to review data carefully and identify inconsistencies.
Ability to manage several assigned tasks while meeting deadlines.
Confidence using internal systems to register and track information.
Clear written communication for reports and operational updates.
