Role Overview<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
The Program Manager â Marketing supports and executes GTM initiatives across Ignite, Liftoff, Accelerate, and Skilling programs in Mexico. The role is centred on partner\-led marketing, working closely with institutions and ecosystem partners, managing marketing and PR agencies, and driving social media and event\-based activations to support platform growth.<\/span>
<\/p>
This is a hands\-on role for a senior marketing professional who brings strong execution discipline, partner coordination experience, and comfort operating across multiple channels and stakeholders.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Campaign & Partner Marketing Execution<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Execute GTM initiatives through institutional and ecosystem partners including universities, training centers, associations, incubators, and government programs<\/span>
<\/li>
Act as the owner and expert for through\-partner marketing, enabling partners with playbooks, assets, and localized campaigns<\/span>
<\/li>
Manage partner timelines, commitments, follow\-ups, and execution quality across programs<\/span>
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Social Media & Events<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Plan and execute program\-led social media initiatives aligned to GTM priorities in Mexico<\/span>
<\/li>
Drive event\-based marketing including webinars, orientation sessions, workshops, roadshows, and ecosystem events in collaboration with partners and field teams<\/span>
<\/li>
Track performance of social and event channels and optimize based on outcomes<\/span>
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Agency & PR Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Manage external marketing agencies across social media, content, design, and events<\/span>
<\/li>
Work closely with a PR agency to support media outreach, press releases, partner announcements, and ecosystem visibility<\/span>
<\/li>
Own agency briefs, scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and quality control<\/span>
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Platform Growth & Operations<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Support user onboarding, activation, and engagement journeys through partner channels and CRM\-led communication (email, WhatsApp, in\-platform)<\/span>
<\/li>
Collaborate with product, growth, and triage teams to track conversions and funnel movement<\/span>
<\/li>
Maintain structured trackers and prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports covering campaigns, partners, agencies, social, events, and PR performance<\/span>
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Content & Collateral<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Coordinate development of localized marketing assets including partner kits, decks, brochures, landing pages, social creatives, and event collateral.<\/span>
<\/li>
Ensure brand consistency across partner, agency, and media\-facing communication<\/span>
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Skills & Experience<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
6â8 years of experience in marketing, program management, or GTM execution roles<\/span>
<\/li>
Strong expertise in partner\-led marketing and ecosystem\-based growth, preferably in Mexico<\/span>
<\/li>
Proven experience managing marketing and PR agencies<\/span>
<\/li>
Hands\-on experience with social media management and event marketing<\/span>
<\/li>
Background in EdTech, skilling, or entrepreneurship ecosystems is a strong advantage<\/span>
<\/li>
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills<\/span>
<\/li>
Comfortable with CRM workflows, UTMs, dashboards, and performance reporting<\/span>
<\/li>
Fluent in Spanish with strong written and verbal communication; English working proficiency preferred<\/span>
<\/li>
