What we look forMust have- An industrial engineering degree, finished or nearly finished.
- You like being in the plant, the warehouse or the yard.
- You code in Python or want to learn.
- You can explain a process to the people who run it.
- Process simulation.
- Lean or continuous improvement.
- Logistics.
What you build goes into products that operate real organizations. You work directly with the founders, with no layers between your code and production, under the same rule we give the intelligence: a person signs what is critical.
