• Design and develop detailed network architectures for various telecommunications services (e.g., mobile, broadband, fixed-line).
• Create network topology diagrams, capacity plans, and implementation strategies.
• Evaluate and select appropriate network hardware and software technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, planning, and engineering, to ensure successful project implementation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed network designs.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Perform simulations and modeling to validate network performance and scalability.
• Develop technical specifications and RFPs for network equipment procurement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the implementation phase.
• Stay abreast of emerging telecommunications technologies and market trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in telecommunications network design and architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Proficiency with network design and simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio, OPNET, EPLAN).
• Strong understanding of IP networking, MPLS, DWDM, and other relevant transport technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Experience with project management methodologies is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the telecommunications sector.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are required.
