Overview<\/b>
<\/p>
Coordinate the purchasing of materials and services by the
company´s different departments (Mexico and the United States). Market research
and analyze the potential vendors; negotiating contracts, terms, and prices;
managing the procurement process from sourcing to delivery; monitoring and
evaluating the performance of suppliers/vendors; identifying cost -saving
opportunities and implementing strategies to optimize procurement processes and
reduce expenses.

Requirements<\/h3>Bachelor's degree.
<\/span><\/li>5+ years of professional experience in
purchasing, procurement, or equivalent.
<\/span><\/li>Advanced English Level (B2+).
<\/span><\/li>Project estimation knowledge.
<\/span><\/li>Advanced planning, organizational, and
prioritization skills.

and current vendors.
<\/span><\/li>Participate in suppliers’ price and contract
negotiations.
<\/span><\/li>Select and manage suppliers based on transparent
and fair procedures through a standardized bidding and quotation process.
<\/span><\/li>Secure cost competitiveness by organizing the
optimal vendor pool and selecting suppliers who provide good quality and the
best price conditions through competition.
<\/span><\/li>Ensure adherence to procedures, policies,
regulations, best practices, and continuous improvement.
<\/span><\/li>Analyze and monitor market trends and recommend
alternative suppliers where appropriate/benchmarking.
<\/span><\/li>Administration and analysis of contracts and
purchase orders.
<\/span><\/li>Evaluate supplier performance and recommend
solutions for cost savings, on -time deliveries, and overall quality.
<\/span><\/li>Attending to necessities and business priorities
for a prompt response, keeping communication with support areas in Mexico and the
United States.
<\/span><\/li>Market and industry knowledge (according to
purchase category).
<\/span><\/li>Maintain and coordinate with Accounts Payable
& Financial Department budgetary control (OPEX & CAPEX)
<\/span><\/li>Ensure that all purchase orders are accurately
recorded in the Budgetary Control Report/OPEX & CAPEX (Purchase MX)
<\/span><\/li>Supervise and guide the procurement team, manage
workload, and coach them to build a high -performing team.
<\/span><\/li>Develop sourcing strategies and identify new
suppliers to secure the best quality goods and services at competitive prices
