Apoyar al responsable de Almacén y Embarques en el seguimiento diario de las operaciones de recibo, inventario, preparación y embarque de materiales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos, registros y KPI del área.Principales actividades:* Dar seguimiento diario al programa de embarques y recepciones.
* Actualizar reportes de OTD, inventario, receiving, FIFO y shipping accuracy.
* Apoyar en auditorías de inventario, FIFO, 5S y seguridad.
* Verificar documentación, etiquetas, cantidades y preparación de embarques.
* Dar seguimiento a shipments pendientes y escalar desviaciones al responsable.
* Mantener actualizados controles en Excel / SAP.
* Apoyar en análisis de causas de errores e incidencias de almacén.
