• Develop, review, and update aviation safety training programs and materials.
• Conduct safety assessments and audits of training operations and procedures.

• Collaborate with instructors to ensure effective implementation of safety training objectives.
• Advise on curriculum design to integrate safety principles into all aspects of aviation training.

• Facilitate safety workshops and awareness campaigns for trainees and staff.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in aviation safety training.
• Ensure all training activities comply with national and international aviation standards.

• Significant experience as a pilot, flight instructor, or aviation safety officer.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation safety principles, regulations (e.g., DGAC, ICAO), and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in an aviation context.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex safety data and develop practical training solutions.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with various training methodologies, including simulation-based training.
• A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating safety risks in training environments.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Cuernavaca, Morelos area.
