Performs set‑up of processing equipment.
Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
Processes test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
Line change configuration.
Performs corrective maintenance.
Follows escalation procedures.

Education / ExperienceTypically requires an Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. Typically requires 4-6 years of related experience.Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesAs a skilled specialist, completes tasks in creative and effective ways.Scope / ImpactAssists in developing goals/targets of line or department Moderate impact. May have influence on multiple programs or areas.Decision Making / DiscretionDetermines quality/testing methods/ procedures on new assignments. Decisions may affect department/ function.Supervision / LeadershipDetermine methods and procedures on new assignments. May provide guidance to other nonexempt personnel.Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to work that requires repetitive motion. While performing the duties of this job the employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
