We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as AMG Supervisor. In this role you will beresponsible for managing and optimizing the resources assigned to the Autonomous Manufacturing Center (AMC) to ensure the achievement of production objectives in terms of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement. Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
- Manage and optimize manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure production targets are achieved in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Lead and supervise manufacturing teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on efficiency, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
- Implement, maintain, and monitor operational standards and procedures to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Develop, coach, and support team members to achieve departmental goals, strengthen technical capabilities, and promote effective teamwork and communication.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and new product launch activities, ensuring successful start-up execution and achievement of performance targets.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality and/or Production within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, TPM, APS, Six Sigma, JIT methodologies, and conflict resolution practices.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in cross-functional teams and apply quality and cost-control techniques to optimize manufacturing performance.
