  • Develop and execute the organization's customs and regulatory compliance strategy.
  • Lead regulatory audits, inspections, and interactions with governmental authorities.
  • Manage relationships with customs agencies and key regulatory stakeholders.
  • Design and strengthen compliance frameworks, controls, and risk mitigation programs.
  • Oversee the maintenance and defense of OEA and CTPAT certifications.
  • Lead compliance projects related to import, export, and international trade activities.
  • Advise executive leadership on strategic regulatory risks and compliance matters.
Perfil buscado
  • Law degree required; postgraduate studies in Customs Law, International Trade, Compliance, or related fields preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in customs, international trade, regulatory affairs, and compliance.
  • Deep knowledge of Mexican customs regulations and international trade frameworks.
  • Proven experience interacting with customs authorities, regulators, and government agencies.
  • Previous experience within AGACE, ACAOCE, SAT, customs authorities, or comparable regulatory institutions is highly desirable.
  • Advanced level of English is a must.
  • Previous experience leading and building teams.
Qué Ofrecemos

Monthly base salary between $110,000 - $140,000 MXN, plus benefits above the law.
