• Operating various types of forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach trucks, order pickers) to move, load, unload, and stack materials and products.
• Accurately picking and staging orders according to pick lists and dispatch instructions.
• Performing pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on forklifts, reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
• Safely stacking and organizing inventory in designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO).
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently and securely, following all safety guidelines.
• Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and housekeeping standards.
• Providing guidance and training to less experienced forklift operators.
• Collaborating with warehouse supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a forklift operator.
• Valid forklift operator certification or license.
• Proficiency in operating a wide range of forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret product labels, safety signs, and warehouse documentation.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to perform demanding tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in a similar role in Torreón, Coahuila , is a plus.
