El Mecánico de Herramientas es responsable del mantenimiento, reparación y fabricación de herramientas y troqueles utilizados en los procesos de producción de CROWN Americas LLC.

• Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de herramientas, troqueles y matrices.
• Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas mecánicos en equipos de troquelado y herramientas.
• Fabricar piezas y componentes de herramientas utilizando maquinaria de taller (torno, fresadora, rectificadora).
• Interpretar planos y especificaciones técnicas para la fabricación y reparación de herramientas.
• Colaborar con los equipos de producción e ingeniería para optimizar el rendimiento de las herramientas.
• Garantizar la disponibilidad y el buen funcionamiento de todas las herramientas para la operación.
• Mantener un registro preciso de las reparaciones y el mantenimiento de las herramientas.
• Adherirse a todas las normas de seguridad y procedimientos operativos estándar.
• Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos de fabricación de herramientas.

• Título técnico en Mecánica de Herramientas, Maquinista o campo relacionado.
• Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar en un entorno de fabricación.
