About the Role
\n\nWe are seeking an experienced ETO Process Engineer to support ETO (Engineer\u2011to\u2011Order) projects within the Oil \u0026 Gas sector. The role involves process design, simulation, engineering deliverables, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams from proposal through commissioning phases.\n\n

* *\n\n### Education \u0026 Qualifications\n\n
* Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline\n
* Conversational English proficiency (written and verbal)\n\n\n\n
*
* *\n\n### Experience\n\n
* 10+ years of experience in the Oil \u0026 Gas industry\n
* Prior experience with:\n
* EPC companies or Engineering Consultancies\n
* Production Facility Engineering\n
* Site engineering support for Pre\u2011commissioning and Commissioning\n
* Strong understanding of process engineering fundamentals and international industry standards\n\n\n\n

* *\n\n### Technical Expertise\n\n
* Strong process engineering background\n
* Oil \u0026 Gas Upstream Processes\n
* Process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS minimum requirement)\n
* Deep familiarity with international codes, standards, and good engineering practices\n\n\n\n
*
* *\n\n###

Key Responsibilities
\n\nThe Process Engineer will be responsible for activities including, but not limited to:\n\n
* Ensure all engineering and design work meets quality, cost, and schedule objectives\n
* Perform Process Design Engineering, including:\n
* Process simulations and design calculations\n
* Equipment sizing and selection\n
* Process optimization\n
* Depressurization calculations and flare network studies\n
* Support for tenders and awarded projects\n
* Prepare and review engineering deliverables such as:\n
* Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)\n
* P\u0026IDs\n
* Process datasheets and equipment specifications\n
* Heat and material balances\n
* Cause \u0026 Effect diagrams\n
* Control and shutdown philosophies\n
* HAZOP action close\u2011out\n
* Operation \u0026 Maintenance manuals\n
* Review vendor and subcontractor documents, drawings, specifications, and calculations for compliance with project requirements\n
* Communicate effectively with the Project Lead Engineer, ensuring timely reporting and coordination\n
* Apply the latest international and national standards, codes of practice, and approved engineering software\n
* Review client specifications during the proposal phase and raise clarifications or deviations\n
* Provide process input to other disciplines and technical support to Operations and Site teams, including commissioning and troubleshooting support\n
* Travel as required to meet project and business needs\n
* Actively support and participate in the company HSSE (Health, Safety, Security \u0026 Environment) program to maintain a safe and healthy working environment\n\n\n\n
