Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Technical Analyst Trainee with a strong foundation in C++ programming and excellent analytical skills. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about software development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. The trainee will work closely with senior engineers and business teams to analyze technical requirements, support applications, and contribute to software development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements.
- Develop, debug, and maintain applications using C++.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Assist in system analysis, performance optimization, and defect resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
- Learn new technologies and follow software development best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of C++ programming.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
