Proposal Developer

Location: Remote / Home-Based (Mexico & Brazil) Language Requirement: Fluent English Experience: 1+ year in Proposal Development, Pricing, Budgeting, or related field

About the Role IQVIA is seeking a Proposal Developer to join our Central Labs team. In this role, you will support the global sales organization by developing customer proposals, budgets, and pricing solutions for clinical research opportunities worldwide. You will collaborate with Business Development, Scientific Review, Strategic Pricing, and Operations teams to create high-quality, competitive proposals that support business growth and customer success.

• Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and study protocols.
• Develop proposal text, budgets, pricing models, and supporting documentation.
• Interpret customer requirements and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information.
• Participate in proposal strategy discussions and customer meetings.
• Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Maintain proposal databases and reporting systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Proposal Development or similar functions.
• Experience reviewing RFPs and supporting proposal submissions.
• Knowledge of budgeting, costing models, and pricing methodologies.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Experience in CRO, Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience interpreting study protocols and clinical trial requirements.
• Exposure to customer-facing proposal or pricing activities.
