The Inside Sales Analyst supports the sales team by providing administrative and organizational assistance. Qualifies and manages leads within Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate data management and timely follow-up of sales opportunities. Supports the preparation and delivery of customer quotations, while coordinating and tracking internal processes to accelerate response times and enhance the overall customer experience.

This position reports to Commercial Manager and is part of the Sales organization located in Mexico and will be fully on-site role.

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the sales team, facilitating communication and coordination with suppliers, customers, and distributors.
• Support the preparation of quotations, as well as the management and maintenance of the sales pipeline.
• Track sales key performance indicators (KPIs) using software tools to improve the accuracy of the sales funnel and forecasts.

• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC), including lead qualification and opportunity management.
• Experience preparing and managing customer quotations and supporting the sales process.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills to coordinate internal processes and ensure timely customer responses.

• Experience in B2B sales environments.
• Experience supporting distributors and channel partners.
