Position Overview

We are seeking a Litigation Associate (Licensed Attorney) to play a key role in managing active cases, drafting legal motions, and supporting litigation strategy.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role—ideal for someone who wants to grow quickly as a litigator and gain direct exposure to case development and legal decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Litigation & Legal Drafting

• 
  
• Draft, review, and file legal motions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, procedural motions)
  
• Prepare complaints, pleadings, and legal correspondence
  
• Conduct legal research and support case strategy
  

🔹 Case Management

• 
  
• Manage and track active case files with high attention to detail
  
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date
  
• Coordinate case timelines, filings, and deadlines
  

🔹 Case Strategy Support

• 
  
• Assist attorneys in developing litigation strategies
  
• Analyze case facts, evidence, and legal arguments
  
• Support preparation for hearings and proceedings
  

🔹 Client & Stakeholder Communication

• 
  
• Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and external partners
  
• Provide clear, professional updates on case progress
  
• Maintain a high standard of client service
  

🔹 Analytical & Financial Work

• 
  
• Assist in evaluating case value, including damages and costs
  
• Review and organize medical records and billing documentation
  
• Support accurate case data tracking and reporting
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Licensed attorney in Mexico (Cédula Profesional)
  
• Proven experience in litigation (civil, commercial, administrative, or similar)
  
• Experience drafting legal documents independently
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
  

Preferred

• 
  
• Experience in personal injury law
  
• Experience drafting motions and handling court procedures
  
• Comfort working with numerical data and case valuation
  
• Familiarity with legal software and Microsoft Excel
