Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using the OutSystems platform.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead the development of enterprise-grade applications and integrations.
Develop and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

+5 years of experience in software development.
+4 years of hands-on experience with OutSystems.
Strong experience building Reactive Web Applications in OutSystems.
Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar).
Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure development practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in global teams.
