As a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce and low‑code solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives.
LocationMexico City, Mexico (Hybrid model)
Responsibilities- Analyze and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide data‑based reports and insights to support decision‑making.
- Oversee delivery of low‑code solutions and maintain functional documentation.
- Proven experience with Salesforce (SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, etc.).
- Knowledge of low‑code platforms (OutSystems, Appian, Power Platform, or Mendix).
- Experience in agile environments and digital transformation projects.
- Advanced English proficiency (oral and written). Fluent English is a must.
- Availability to work under a hybrid model in Mexico City.
