Currently, Andea is looking for an innovative, skilled, and driven Software Consultant to support the global deployments and ongoing maintenance of manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Andea specializes in delivering manufacturing technology services and solutions. We are a global MES software integrator implementing systems like DELMIA Apriso and DELMIA Ortems and the developer of our own cloud MES platform, Manufacturo. Our solutions help large global companies such as CoorsTek, Bombardier, and Sierra Nevada Corporation to better track, manage, and optimize their production processes.

Our employees are process experts in production and logistics, quality management, and production data analysis. We have successfully delivered 53+ global manufacturing system implementations across Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Packaging, Medical Devices, FMCG, and Industrial Machinery & Equipment.

We are looking for highly motivated, team-oriented individuals to help Andea grow its capabilities in developing and rolling out manufacturing systems for some of the most interesting companies in the world companies that produce satellites, space shuttles, cars, and surgical robots.

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, designing, implementing, and supporting customer solutions using DELMIA Apriso, and custom development.

This position is open to new graduates and junior candidates looking to grow their knowledge in web development technologies through real-world applications. Andea invests heavily in training and building its employees with many different career paths.

This is a permanent, full-time position in the Maintenance department and it’s for the second shift (4pm to 12am PST).

Provide support and maintenance across multiple projects globally, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and ensuring system stability

Work inside teams of various sizes to configure and develop solutions

Build screens and business logic, integrate with third-party systems and machines, and create reports and analytics dashboards

Support functional and acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet customer needs and are bug-free

Participate in customer and internal meetings led by the project manager

Occasional travel to customer sites and other locations (less than 10%)

Good knowledge of SQL, especially writing queries, implementing good practices and troubleshooting SQL queries

Knowledge of HTML and CSS

Good communication skills — ability to work in teams and alongside customers to define and deliver solutions

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Experience with Apriso

Experience using or implementing manufacturing, inventory, or quality systems

Permanent, full-time position

Remote work option (training and initial projects require on-site presence)

Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) - 30 days of salary, paid no later than December 20

Vacation as required by Mexican labor law
