Requisitos- 4+ años en service design, diseño estratégico o UX con foco en Discovery
- Portafolio con blueprints, journeys y soluciones implementadas
- Facilitación de sesiones con equipos multidisciplinarios
- Pensamiento sistemático y comodidad con la ambigüedad
- Figma / FigJam y herramientas de síntesis
- Ejecutar discoveries completos: encuadre del problema, investigación, síntesis y propuesta de solución
- Construir journey maps, service blueprints y mapas de ecosistema por producto
- Facilitar workshops de co-creation con negocio, tecnología y usuarios
- Definir el modelo de servicio y los puntos de contacto digitales y humanos
- Entregar al frente de Diseño requerimientos de experiencia claros y priorizados
- Medir el desempeño del servicio y proponer iteraciones
