• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse.
• Manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations and inventory.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and management.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other inventory control software.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good communication skills in Spanish.
