Digital Content Operations Specialist (Streaming / VOD Publishing)

Work schedule: 5 days per week with 2 rotating days off. Days off are not fixed to weekends.

Required Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in media production digital content operations or broadcast operations
• Working knowledge of CMS based publishing workflows for digital or streaming platforms
• Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or any other similar tool
• Experience preparing and validating metadata video audio and caption assets
• Familiarity with Tele stream Livestream or similar broadcast capture tools
• Understanding of video and audio fundamentals frame rates resolutions codecs channel configs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed step-by-step workflows
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and operational tracking tools
• Process ingest format publish and deliver digital video assets
• Prepare and manage metadata for full episodes and clips including titles descriptions ratings TMS IDs geo-blocking and availability windows
• Upload and configure video audio captions and imagery within CMS publishing objects
• Process and format shortform content for distribution across various Platforms
• Fulfill video and metadata assets for delivery to external SVOD channel partners
• Capture East Coast broadcast feeds using Tele stream Livestream and prepare assets for VOD by editing commercial pods and retiming captions
• Perform site quality checks websites to validate playback metadata accuracy captions thumbnails and ad markers
• Troubleshoot and resolve publishing issues including missing assets incorrect metadata captions or playback configuration
