Your Responsibilities:

The Survey & Insights Analyst supports Lockton's enterprise survey consultancy function, partnering with business units and geographies worldwide to design, deploy, and analyze surveys that create actionable insights. This role serves as a hands-on Qualtrics practitioner and analytical partner, helping internal teams translate research questions into survey programs and actionable findings while upholding data governance and privacy standards across regions.

Essential Duties:

  • Design, build, and program surveys in Qualtrics, including logic/branching, bilingual and multi-language routing, embedded data, and distribution workflows.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for survey methodology, question design, and data quality across a portfolio of internal and client-facing survey programs.
  • Partner with stakeholders across regions and business units to scope survey requests, define objectives, and translate business questions into effective instrument design.
  • Clean, analyze, and synthesize survey data into reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and Associates.
  • Support data governance efforts, including PII/PHI risk review, survey inventory management, and adherence to global privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Provide consulting, training, and technical support to survey requestors throughout the survey lifecycle, from intake through post-deployment analysis.
  • Monitor project timelines and maintain responsibility for delivering accurate, on-time deliverables.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical, audiences.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service and adheres to the Lockton philosophies
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with IT PMO, Digital Office, and People Solutions teams as needed

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree required
  • 1+ years of experience in survey research, data analysis, market research, or a related analytical field
  • Demonstrated experience building and administering surveys in Qualtrics (or a comparable enterprise survey platform) required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required; experience with Power BI strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Python and SQL for data manipulation or automation preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency required, given regular collaboration with international, multi-lingual stakeholders
  • Familiarity with survey methodology best practices, including question design and sampling.
  • Awareness of data privacy principles and regulations relevant to survey data (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) a plus
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing, to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data from multiple sources and provide clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing quality or accuracy
  • Comfortable working across time zones with globally distributed teams; some flexibility in working hours may be required
