"The Engineering Manager for Digital Growth is responsible for leading the engineering team that delivers customer-facing digital experiences across GBM's public website and mobile applications to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and customer growth. This role partners closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Growth, Customer Acquisition, and Customer Engagement teams to deliver high-impact initiatives while ensuring engineering excellence, predictable delivery, and a high-performing team. The Engineering Manager collaborates closely with other engineering teams to ensure consistency across customer experiences. Lead the Digital Growth engineering team and support the delivery of business-critical initiatives. Ensure high engineering quality, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and operational excellence. Partner with the Home Engineering Manager to align technical direction and architectural decisions. Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Acquisition, and Engagement teams on roadmap planning and execution. Balance business impact, technical complexity, and engineering sustainability. Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement. 6+ years of software engineering experience. 2+ years leading engineering teams. Experience building customer-facing digital products. Experience delivering web and mobile applications. Nice to have experience in fintech, e-commerce, or digital growth teams. Principles of software design (SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI) Serverless Architecture Experience with Cloud Services (AWS) Application implementation and monitoring Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Test automation (Unitary, integration, acceptance, etc.) Experience with continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Experience with Google Analytics DevOps Organizational skills for keeping track of budgets, employees and schedules simultaneously Training & growth approach for your career #
