Financial and Operational Compliance Coordinator
Employment Type: Contractor (Bi-weekly base payments)
Location:

Our client is a fast-growing real estate ownership and property management firm operating on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) with offices in the U.
As an AI-first organization, they handle property management, construction, asset management, marketing, and recruiting in-house, with a bold vision to provide quality homes to 20,000 families over the next decade. You are responsible for providing your own laptop and equipment needed to perform your work remotely. On in-office days, you will be required to bring and use your own equipment at the office. Obtain approved documents for lender, insurance, tax, license, and contract submissions, confirming receipt ahead of deadlines. ~ Evidence Control: Control Checks: Review financial approvals and operational records against established procedures to spot missing evidence or procedural gaps. ~ Delinquency Tracking: Keep balances, case statuses, and next actions accurate across site teams and accounting. ~ Collection Agency Management: Ensure uncollected balances are properly referred to approved agencies, follow up on open cases, and track net recoveries with accounting. Verification of evidence, auditing compliance, coordinating submissions, submitting claims/referrals, and escalating missed actions. Background in financial or operational compliance, property administration, or control/audit reviews with documented corrective actions. ~ Clear, confident spoken and written English to hold internal teams and external vendors accountable to deadlines. ~ Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and shared cloud filing systems. ~ Detail-Oriented: High level of care with confidential financial/resident data and strong self-checking habits. ~ Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with lender/insurance compliance, property software (e.g., Run regular control checks, tracking deficiencies through to resolution before deadlines pass. ~
