Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: ServiceNow Developer JHands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g., Proficiency in ServiceNow Fluent for defining application metadata in code, alongside server-side JavaScript modules and third-party libraries. Good understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server side APIs and client side APIs in ServiceNow Good knowledge on ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets and system clone, upgrades in ServiceNow Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript and any web-based development tools A fair understanding of MID Server Configuration, CMDB, discovery and asset management Good knowledge and experience on debugging, troubleshooting mechanisms in ServiceNow Ability to work independently, but strong team player with experience of working as part of a global team. Strong problem analysis skills to include the use of mathematical concepts to validate results Manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision Must have good verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate the technical and functional aspects of the problem to senior stakeholders. Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues. Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in Service Now. Answer "how to" technical and application configuration questions. Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
