Your Profile
(Requirements) Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Robotics Engineering. 5+ years of experience in industrial robotics programming. Proven experience in automotive manufacturing environments, particularly supporting production launches and factory automation projects. PLC integration , industrial networking, machine vision systems, robot calibration, and multi-robot synchronization. High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. A deep understanding of the difference between \"coding\" and \"engineering.\" Experience supporting greenfield or brownfield factory projects and familiarity with virtual commissioning technologies.
