Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cost estimation, financial analysis, manufacturing finance, or engineering cost modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical inputs into financial insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with complex models and large datasets.
  • Ability to work cross‐functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with accountability, urgency, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Strong English language proficiency

Preferred

  • Experience with manufacturing processes (e.g., molding, stamping, plating, machining, assembly).
  • Working knowledge of FACTON, SAP, or similar costing / ERP tools.
  • Experience supporting automotive or industrial product environments.
  • Exposure to project management or NPI/NPD processes.
