We’re Hiring: Salesforce Revenue Cloud Technical Lead / Architect

About Jade Global

At Jade Global, we deliver enterprise business solutions and digital transformation across cloud, data, and application ecosystems. As a premier Salesforce partner, we help businesses modernize complex revenue operations, streamline sales cycles, and build future-ready architectures.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Technical Lead to spearhead the design, architecture, and implementation of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions. In this role, you will lead complex transformations—from product modeling and dynamic orchestration to AI-driven agent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Q2C Architecture: Lead technical design and delivery across the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, covering product catalog, pricing, configuration, quoting, contracting, orders, asset management, amendments, renewals, and billing.
  • Core Revenue Cloud Configuration: Configure Product Catalog Management, Salesforce Pricing (pricing procedures, price books, discount rules, attribute-based pricing), Product Configurator, and constraint rules.
  • Order Orchestration: Design and implement Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO) fulfillment plans for order decomposition and multi-system fulfillment.
  • AI & Agentic Workflows: Build and deploy Agentforce agents, topics, and actions to assist sales and revenue teams (e.g., guided quoting, automated renewal outreach, approval summaries, and order tracking).
  • Custom Development: Build scalable custom logic utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors/Data Mappers), and Revenue Cloud APIs.
  • Enterprise Integration: Connect Revenue Cloud with ERP, external billing, tax, and payment platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Legacy Migrations: Plan and execute migration paths from legacy Salesforce CPQ & Billing (managed packages) to the next-generation Revenue Cloud, managing data mapping and cutover strategies.
  • Technical Governance: Author technical design documents (TDDs), data models, and interface specifications; conduct rigorous code/configuration reviews for performance and security.
  • DevOps & Release Management: Manage release pipelines using Salesforce CLI, Git, DevOps Center, Copado, or Gearset across multiple sandbox tiers to production.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Partner closely with business analysts, solution architects, and executive stakeholders in discovery workshops; mentor junior developers and administrators.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • Proven track record leading technical implementations on the Salesforce platform, specifically within Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) or billing architectures.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Mappers).
  • Strong background designing integrations between Salesforce and enterprise ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft.
  • Familiarity with technical design documentation, enterprise data modeling, and modern Salesforce DevOps practices (Git, Copado, Gearset, DevOps Center).

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience or certified proficiency with Salesforce CPQ & Billing (managed package) migrations and implementations.
  • Prior experience building, customizing, or deploying Salesforce Agentforce agents, topics, and prompt actions.
  • Industry certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist, OmniStudio Developer, or Salesforce Application/System Architect.
