- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational environment initiatives.
- Oversee internal communications and employer branding efforts.
- Partner with leadership on people strategy and organizational development.
- Design and implement on-boarding, training, and development programs.
- Analyze workforce metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Lead HR process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Perfil buscado
A successful Head of Talent Management should have:
- Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition, environment, and People strategies in growing organizations.
- Strong background in employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to drive business and people objectives.
- Knowledge of performance management, learning, and talent development practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR metrics and insights.
- Experience improving and standardizing HR processes and programs.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
