headspace seeks an Aboriginal Youth Wellbeing Worker for its Outreach Program in Dubbo, NSW (Wiradjuri Country). The role focuses on supporting Aboriginal youth aged 12–25, delivering culturally safe guidance, and connecting them with appropriate services.
You will travel regularly to rural and remote communities, contribute to community activities, and work within a supportive team that prioritises First Nations wellbeing and mentorship.
