Genpact is seeking a Sr. Network Administrator S to lead enterprise voice and unified communications initiatives across global operations. The role focuses on CUCM administration, SIP trunking, VOIP deployments, and ITIL-aligned incident handling in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Fluent English and Spanish are required, with readiness for after-hours on-call support and exposure to Cisco Unity and Teams telephony. Hybrid work setup in Mexico supports on-site and remote coordination.
