This role focuses on the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS) solutions, combining strong technical expertise with a functional understanding of HR processes.

You will work in complex enterprise environments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and contributing to critical integration and transformation initiatives within Oracle ecosystems.

• Oracle Human Resources (HR)
• Oracle Payroll
• Compensation Workbench
• Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
• Benefits Administration

• Oracle Learning Management (OLM)
• Oracle Performance Management

Required Technical Stack:

• Oracle EBS Suite Technical – Advanced
• Oracle Application Framework (OAF) – Advanced
• PL/SQL – Intermediate

We are looking for professionals who have participated in:

• End-to-end implementations
• Advanced payroll configuration
• OAF customizations and extensions development
• Integrations and reporting using PL/SQL
• High-impact production support
