Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all assigned areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention and ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper waste management and biohazard procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cleaning services, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate cleaning efforts and minimize disruption to operations.
• Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and functioning correctly, arranging for repairs when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new cleaning technologies.
